Ethos held its annual volunteer appreciation event on April 4, 2014 at Doyle’s Café in Jamaica Plain. Over the past year alone, over 1620 group volunteers and 769 individual volunteers, have supported seniors in some capacity through Ethos.
More than 38,000 hours have been donated by Ethos’ dedicated volunteers who have served meals at Community Cafés, made friendly visits, delivered meals on Thanksgiving, shoveled snow, raked leaves, helped with financial management, served on our Board of Directors, or filled many other roles, and proven that our community can help seniors age in place.
