Services Available at Ethos

The home care program provides a variety of services to people 60 and over who meet state-mandated guidelines for income and physical need for services. If the need for services includes relief for a caregiver, there are not any income limits. In all cases, there is a sliding fee scale. |
The Ethos Nutrition program is the oldest program in the organization, dating to 1973. Ethos offers Meals on Wheels, Community Cafes and nutrition check ups from a licensed dietician. |

The Boston Elder Protective Services Program at Ethos assists elders 60 years and older who are at high risk and are suffering either from self-neglect, neglect, physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse or financial exploitation. |
Options Counseling provides seniors over 60 and people with disabilities of any age with the information they need on longterm services and supports in order to live independently in their community, regardless of disability or income. |

The Money Management Program is designed to assist elderly or disabled Boston adults who have difficulty with the routine tasks of money management. |

The LTC Ombudsman, protects the rights and benefits of residents in LTC facilities according to State and Federal laws, and they improve the quality of life and environment in long-term care facilities.

The Family Caregiver program is directed at the needs of the caregiver and supporting them in their role. Caregiver support may be a focus group, an individual visit or telephone call. |
