Chronic Pain Self-Management Program Tool Kit

People with chronic pain need to live a healthy life while living with their condition. Learning how to manage your physical and emotional problems can be a challenge, but you can do it and from the comfort of your own home. This Tool Kit introduces information and skills that are helping many people with chronic pain, who may also have other health conditions, lead a healthy life.
The Tool kit includes:
- The latest edition of Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain
- A workbook with self-tests and suggestions on how to get started
- The Moving Easy Exercise Program CD with easy to follow instructions
You are additionally supported through weekly Zoom meetings with trained leaders and 6 – 10 other participants. Each week, we will concentrate on one aspect of pain management, participate in the Moving Easy Exercise Program, and review goals and action plans. You will also have access to the group leaders and other Ethos professionals throughout the program to ask questions or request more resources by email or by phone.
