The SHINE (Medicare Health Insurance Counseling) & Benefit Enrollment Center (BEC) program assists Medicare-eligible beneficiaries—both older adults aged 65+ years and adults living with disabilities — who have limited income and resources to access available benefits. The SHINE & BEC counselors ensures that Massachusetts residents with Medicare and their caregivers have access to accurate, unbiased and up-to-date information about their health care options.
