The JP@Home program has a special offer for its members and the community.

With a donation of at least $25, you will receive one or more copies of In the Kitchen with JP@Home: Recipes from Our Community, a beautiful color cookbook created by your friends and neighbors. Members of JP@Home are pleased to share their favorite recipes to strengthen their social connections with one another while fundraising to support this program that has added great meaning and purpose to their lives.

Membership fees alone do not cover the cost to bring you this program, so please give generously to the annual appeal. JP@Home has been a lifeline to its members during the pandemic combatting social isolation and connecting older adults to the resources and supports they need to age well and in the community. This fundraiser is another way to give back to ensure the financial stability of this program.

What will you receive?

  • More than 130 recipes including members’ personal and cultural stories along with some of their best cooking tricks and secrets.
  • Satisfaction from supporting this village that is making a difference in the lives of 150 older adults in your community.
  • A head start on your holiday shopping—the cookbooks will make wonderful gifts for family and friends.

Make your donation by November 19. Cookbooks may be picked up at Ethos (555 Amory Street, Jamaica Plain) the week of November 29.

All donations must be made online at the link below. We encourage all to make a donation greater than the amount of the book. Please use the “OTHER” button to choose the total amount of your donation and how many cookbook copies you would like to receive.
