Honoring volunteers and previewing upcoming events for seniors, including a big fundraiser, were the focus of a recent Ethos AgeWell West Roxbury advisory committee meeting at Deutsches Altenheim on Centre Street. About 20 people attended.
Ann Glora, the healthy aging program manager at Ethos, said they were having a volunteer appreciation night at Doyle’s in Jamaica Plain April 23 at 5:30. She said they were specially thanking people who volunteered for the Snow Angel program, a service where volunteers shoveled snow for seniors who couldn’t do it themselves.
