Thank you to Ethos for enhancing my physical and mental health this past year. The smooth transition you made to zoom allowed me to not feel so isolated. I took advantage and put to good use many of the classes Ethos was offering: Bingocize, the exercise challenges, memory training, Special Guest Fridays, etc. I looked forward to turning on my laptop each and every time!
