How you can help.

In Massachusetts, six out of ten elders who live at home cannot afford basic necessities such as food, housing and medications, let alone the care they need to be safe at home.

Care. Compassion. Community.

Promoting the independence, dignity, and well-being of the elderly and disabled through the coordination and delivery of high-quality, affordable home and community-based care.

Join Our Team!

We are currently hiring for positions within the Community Relations, Home Care and Counseling & Supportive Services, and Administration Departments. Positions range from program coordination to client services. Ethos serves a very diverse clientele and our 115+ staff reflect that diversity. People of color and those who speak a foreign language are encouraged to apply. All applicants are welcome.

Home Care

The home care program provides a variety of services to people 60 and over who meet state-mandated guidelines for income and physical need for services. If the need for services includes relief for a caregiver, there are not any income limits. In all cases, there is a sliding fee scale.

Support Our Seniors

We need your help to give back to those who have already given so much to our community.
